Booth Package & Exhibitor Order Portal Information

Your display package includes:

  • Display space (~2m x 3m wide), one electrical outlet, table (6 feet x 30 inches), two chairs, wastebasket, and posterboard-style backwall. 
    • 15 amp/120 volt/1500 watt outlet per booth.  Exhibitors must place orders for any additional needs.
    • WiFi (10 Mbps per user) will be available throughout the exhibit and poster space. Exhibitors must place orders for any wired internet needs.

Exhibitors can place orders for the following services on the ACC Liverpool's exhibitor portal:

  • Additional electricity
  • Banner installation
  • Wired internet
  • Booth cleaning
  • Additional in-booth security

While the ACC Liverpool does provide information on furnishings, décor, banners, signage, food services, audiovisual, and customs on their portal, it’s as a reference and not the correct site to place orders.  Those are channeled through the following suppliers:

Conference Badges

Exhibitors who are participating in Liverpool should collect their name badges from the ISMB/ECCB 2025 Conference Registration located on the Galleria Level.

Damage to Premises

No nails, screws or other fixtures may be driven into any part of the premises including the floors. Should any damage occur, the Exhibitor would be invoiced for repair charges incurred.

Delivery Information / In-house Transport

Exhibitors may hand carry in their display and materials at no cost.

Deliveries should be done on the setup day (Sunday, July 20), and the Exhibitor(s) or a verified representative must be present during the delivery, between 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. 
Shipments to the Cameron Event Logistics advance warehouse are strongly encouraged to avoid delivery delays and arrange for storage.  Services must be booked in advance of shipping.

Deliveries requiring customs and transportation must be arranged by contacting Cameron Event Logistics (email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and ALL shipments from outside the United Kingdom must not be delivered directly to the venue.

DELIVERY - REMOVAL
All packages must be delivered during set-up time, directly to the exhibitor or the organizer, and recovered during dismantling, with the exception of ordered services.

All packages left at the end of the dismantling will be thrown away.

STORAGE
Items may not be stored in or around the booths in the exhibition halls. You can order this service through Cameron Event Logistics.

Demonstrations

Demonstrations and other special activities must be located so that crowds will be comfortably contained within the contracted display space and not block any of the aisles. Distracting activities are subject to the adjacent exhibitor and ISCB approval. Exhibitors may not play loud music at their stand.

Exhibitor After Hours Access

Exhibitors are allowed access to their stands during set up and tear down hours, as well as one hour prior to and one hour after official opening hours. Exhibitors requiring access beyond these times must receive approval from an ISCB representative.

Indemnification

It is understood that the exhibitor assumes entire responsibility for and agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save ISCB, ISMB, and the ACC Liverpool and their respective consultants, agents, directors, employees, licensees and assigns them harmless from and against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges of fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or the use of or part thereof negligently or otherwise, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of ISCB, ISMB, ECCB, and the ACC Liverpool, or its employees and agents.

The exhibitor shall indemnify the ISCB, ISMB, ECCB, and the ACC Liverpool, against, and hold it and its representatives harmless from complaints, suits or liabilities resulting from negligence of the exhibitor in connection with the exhibits use of display space. ISCB, ISMB, ECCB, and the ACC Liverpool shall have no liability for loss, damage, or theft, through any cause, of goods, hand-carried items, exhibits, or other materials owned, rented, or leased by the exhibitor. Personal effects, souvenir handouts, and other small, easily removed valuable items should not be left unattended. In no event will ISCB, ISMB, ECCB, and the ACC Liverpool have any liability for incidental, consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages for any harm arising from, or related to, the use of exhibit space under the contract agreement.

CDM
In April 2015 the Construction Management and Design (CDM) regulations were updated and now apply to the events industry. Further information about these legal requirements and regulations can be found at:

CDM Guidance
ESSA, the AEV and AEO have produced event industry specific guidance which outlines how CDM regulations apply to the event industry. e-Guide
This document specifies all information and documentation required from you for certain activities to take place within the venue. Should you have any questions or require any advice on any of the topics covered within the e-Guide, please speak to your Event Manager, Kerry McLeish (Kerry.mcleish@accliverpool.com).

Promotional Items, Leaflet Distribution, and Prohibited Items

Promotional items and Leaflets may not be distributed from anywhere other than the exhibition stand without receiving prior permission from the Organizers. Promotional Items/Leaflets displayed or distributed at any other point throughout the venue, without prior permission, will be removed and destroyed by the Organizers.

The ACC Liverpool prohibits certain materials/items. Please review the list below:

  • The use of helium-filled balloons must be pre-approved by the ACC Liverpool.
  • Foamcore plastic foam panels (formally banned starting in January 2025). 
  • Coroplast (unless it is used for display purposes only and constitutes 10% or less of the booth surface) or any corrugated plastic panel.
  • Any metal foil that is not tightly adhered to an appropriate backing.

   Use of confetti is allowed however, a cleaning charge will be implemented if this is used. Please speak to the event manager at the venue, Kerry McLeish (Kerry.mcleish@accliverpool.com)  

Lead Generation

No lead generation technologies are offered at ISMB/ECCB 2025. The conference platform allows delegates to network and connect. Exhibitors have access to the platform and may use this method of networking for making attendee connections.

Security

ISMB/ECCB does not provide security in the exhibit area during off-hours. Exhibitors are encouraged to remove any valuable items from the exhibit area each evening. Please note that ISCB, ISMB, ECCB, and the ACC Liverpool are not responsible for missing or lost articles at the conference.
