Virtual registration fees include access to the virtual conference platform and on-demand repository of all recorded sessions, virtual poster hall, and networking opportunities, including exclusive access to the recorded content.
Onsite registration fees include access to the in-person conference, breaks, lunch, and access to the virtual conference platform and on-demand repository of all recorded sessions, virtual poster hall, and networking opportunities, including exclusive access to the recorded content. Onsite workshops and tutorials ($25 Members/$35 nonmembers per workshop) as well as the closing event party ($20 USD) is an additional fee.
ISCB strongly prefers that submissions accepted for oral presentation be presented in-person at the conference venue. We understand that some presenters will have good reasons to avoid in-person attendance. ISCB will grant remote presentation options for reasons associated to maternity/paternity leave, care for a family member, personal/medical disability, sickness, or visa problems. Presenters are expected to attend in person unless genuine barriers exist. Inability implies circumstance, not choice. If unable to participate in-person you will need to request a waiver by writing

ISCB offers group registrations! The Group PI must have a Professional, Laboratory, or Institutional membership to ISCB. They are charged at same rate as a Professional Member, but all other members of the group register at a discount. Minimum group size 3 (group PI and 2 others). NOTE: Group registrations are charged to a single registrant (the group admin), be sure to confirm your institution's regulations and procedures about reimbursement of third party payments.

ISCB Members
If you are a current member of ISCB, you must use the email address registered with your ISCB membership record in order to register at the discounted member rates through the online system.
Non-Members of ISCB
Save money by becoming a member of ISCB during registration. ISCB offers a non-member bundle but if you wish to save more, select ISCB membership when registering and save up to an additional $65 USD. Membership purchases are non-refundable.
ISCB Membership Renewal
If your ISCB membership is not current or will expire on or before the last day of the conference, you will be offered an opportunity to renew your membership as part of your registration fees through the online system. Membership purchases are non-refundable.
Tutorials
Virtual workshops and tutorials are an additional fee ($25 members/$35 nonmembers per workshop). Virtual tutorials are recorded and available through the virtual to those who registered to attend them for 6 months after the event. In-person tutorials are not recorded.
Payment Options
All fees for the ISCB-Latin America SPBBC 2026 are charged in United States Dollars.
Credit cards
The following credit cards are accepted for registration: MasterCard and Visa.
Cheque
The last day to pay by cheque is October 26, 2026. After this time only Credit Card payment is accepted
Make your payment payable (US$) to the International Society for Computational Biology and mail it with a copy of your invoice to:
Delegates wishing to pay using a cheque will select “pay by check” on the Payment page during registration to create an invoice. Payment information will be found on the summary page once registration is complete, as well as at the bottom of the PDF invoice.
Please note that any bank fees must be paid by the participant. Should funds arrive with bank fees deducted, payment of the difference will be charged to the participant at on-site registration.
Wire Transfer
The last day to pay by wire is October 26, 2026. After this time only Credit Card payment is accepted
Delegates wishing to pay using a wire transfer will select “pay by wire” on the Additional Options page and the Payment page during registration to create an invoice. Wire transfer information will be found on the summary page once registration is complete, as well as at the bottom of the PDF invoice.
Please note that any bank fees must be paid by the participant. Should funds arrive with bank fees deducted, payment of the difference will be charged to the participant at on-site registration.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for registration cancellation must be made in writing and emailed to
- Delegates registering no later than October 26, 2026 are eligible for a full refund less a $25 administration fee
- No refunds are available after October 26, 2026.
- Membership purchases are non-refundable. If a free membership was accepted when paying the non-member rate, then the cost of membership will be reduced from any applicable refunds.
