Cancellation
Policy: Request for registration cancellation must
be made in writing & sent to ISMB Registration
Office, c/o CTE, PO Box 2686, Des Plaines, IL 60018
or faxed to 1-847-297-5086. All refunds will be
processed and mailed following the ISMB 2003 Conference.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the following
schedule:

Cancellations Received on or before April 25,
2003 will receive a full refund minus a $50.00
processing fee.

Cancellations Received between April 25, 2003
and May 30, 2003 will receive a full refund minus
a $75.00 processing fee.
-
No refunds of fees will be made after May 30,
2003.
