Before registering, please review the details below about the ISCB-UK 2026 conference and its components.
For additional information regarding registration rates, please see the charts below.
Registration fees include access to the student symposium, main conference, breaks, lunch, conference dinner, and networking opportunities. The Student Symposium is at no additional fee, but registration is required to attend. Likewise, the closing event dinner is at no additional fee, but reservations are required no later than April 3, 2026.
ISCB-UK will have in-person presentations only. Remote participation will not be available.

ISCB Members
If you are a current member of ISCB, you must use the email address registered with your ISCB membership record in order to register at the discounted member rates through the online system.
Non-Members of ISCB
Save money by becoming a member of ISCB during registration. ISCB offers a non-member bundle but if you wish to save more, select ISCB membership when registering and save up to an additional $65 USD. Membership purchases are non-refundable.
ISCB Membership Renewal
If your ISCB membership is not current or will expire on or before the last day of the conference, you will be offered an opportunity to renew your membership as part of your registration fees through the online system. Membership purchases are non-refundable.
Conference Merchandise
Conference T-Shirts
Conference delegates (available only to in-person conference participants) can purchase the Conference t-shirt during online registration. These high-quality t-shirts can be pre-ordered online no later than May 21, 2026, at a cost of £13.00. Note: t-shirts are not available for sale on-site.

Payment Options
All fees for ISCB-UK 2026 are charged in Pounds Sterling (£, GBP).
Credit cards
The following credit cards are accepted for registration: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. For offline credit card payment please use this form (.pdf).
Cheque
The last day to pay by cheque is April 8, 2026. After this time only Credit Card payment is accepted

Delegates wishing to pay using a cheque will select “pay by check” on the Payment page during registration to create an invoice. Payment information will be found on the summary page once registration is complete, as well as at the bottom of the PDF invoice.
Please note that any bank fees must be paid by the participant. Should funds arrive with bank fees deducted, payment of the difference will be charged to the participant at on-site registration.
Wire Transfer
The last day to pay by wire is April 8, 2026. After this time only Credit Card payment is accepted
Delegates wishing to pay using a wire transfer will select “pay by wire” on the Additional Options page and the Payment page during registration to create an invoice. Media Release Statement
ISCB intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in ISCB news, media, and promotional material, in print and electronic, including the ISCB website and social platforms. As an international society, ISCB is GDPR compliant. During your registration, you will be asked to provide ISCB with permission to use any incidental capture of your voice or likeness for our promotional material.
ISCB will record all presentations given at the conference. Presenters will be asked to submit a Confirmation of Participation, during which they will be asked for permission under CC-BY4.0 for ISCB to a) keep the recording and b) share the recording. Instances where permission to keep the recording have been denied will be fulfilled as early as ISCB is able to edit the recordings.

All refunds will be made in Pounds Sterling (£, GBP) and processed following the symposium. Refunds will be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- Full refunds, less an administration fee of £50 GBP will be issued on/before April 3, 2026
- No refund of fees will be made after April 3, 2026
- Membership purchases are non-refunable
Controlled Access to Meeting Content
Only registered participants will have online access to the conference. Presenters concerned about unpublished data can request that specific slides not be shown. In exceptional cases, the presenter can request that none of their slides be provided online.
