The second ISCB UK conference will take place in Glasgow, UK, from April 20th to April 22nd, 2027. The UK has a large diverse bioinformatics and computational community; this meeting will bring this community together to share cutting-edge science, foster collaborations, and build networks.
The programme will feature keynote lectures from internationally recognised leaders, sessions showcasing the latest advances in computational methods and their applications in the life sciences, a vibrant student-led symposium, and plenty of opportunities for networking and community building.

We are holding our second ISCB UK meeting at Glasgow's second-oldest university, having received its royal charter in 1964 as the first technological university in the United Kingdom.
What to Expect
The first morning - midday (20th April) will be a student-focused session led by the UK Regional Student Group of ISCB. The full meeting will start late-afternoon on 20st April with a keynote and welcome reception and end on 22nd April.
21st and 22nd April will be full days of talks and poster sessions.
Scientific Topics
ISCB-UK is a single-track conference that embraces a broad interpretation of bioinformatics and computational biology. Abstracts should be submitted under one of the following themes.
