Presentation Overview:
ELIXIR unites Europe’s leading life science organisations in managing and safeguarding the increasing volume of data being generated by publicly funded research. It coordinates, integrates and sustains bioinformatics resources across its member states and enables users in academia and industry to access services that are vital for their research.
ELIXIR Track one will showcase to delegates the activities and outputs of ELIXIR’s five Platforms (Tools, Data, Interoperability, Compute and Training). Through talks from ELIXIR partners and interactive discussions, delegates will see what services and resources are being made available via ELIXIR, and how they can engage in and contribute to their development. ELIXIR Track two will follow a similar format and showcase the outputs of ELIXIR’s Use Cases (Marine Metagenomics, Plant Sciences, Rare Diseases and Human Data) and Capacity Building programme.
