Industry Demonstration Schedule

Purpose
The purpose of the ISMB Software Demonstration session is to allow organizations to demonstrate, in private rooms, their software/hardware relevant to the molecular biology community. Demonstration times will be scheduled throughout the conference and are open to corporations, non-profit organizations, government labs and university staff and students.

Software Demonstration Benefits

  • Up to 2 hours of demonstration time (scheduled by ISMB)
  • Listing in conference program with description of software and demonstration time
  • Private demonstration room

Corporate demos
In order to run a corporate demo, you must pay US$3,000 and complete the SIGN UP FORM.

Format
Each demo presentation will be allotted a one hour or a two hour time slot where the last 10 minutes will be reserved for preparation of the next demo. A maximum of two hours can be allotted within the times and dates listed on Agenda page. Slots will be filled on first come first serve basis for non-profit demos, and major sponsors first for corporate demos.

Confirmation
Following receipt of the sign up form and payment, you will be contacted by a ISMB2003 demo committee member to arrange your demo schedule and logistics.

Deadlines
Any demo slot requests or changes which should make it into the program, will have to be before June 2nd, 2003. Last possible demo slot request, cancellation or change is June 5th, 2003.
