Dear Poster Presenter,
Below are some of the details you will require in the preparation of your poster.
Poster Listing, Basic Information, and Schedule
POSTER DETAILS
  • The size of the poster space is: Height: 1m, Width: 1m. Fasteners will be provided at the site, please DO NOT bring tape, tacks or pins.
  • A table will be provided for laptop computer demos if requested. A battery re-charging area will be available. Sorry, no on-site power provided to posters.
  • The accepted abstracts are available at http://www.iscb.org/ismb2003/cgi-bin/posterabstracts.cgi You will need to consult this to determine your poster number.
POSTER PRESENTATION
Posters are required to be displayed throughout the conference. Please ensure that the posters are placed on the boards on the first day of the conference (Sunday, June 29). Poster authors are required to be available for presentation of your poster during the scheduled poster sessions:
Sunday, June 29
12:00 - 17:30
 All posters set up (poster must be set by 17:30). Posters will be available for viewing during opening reception. Authors are encouraged to be present but it is not a requirement.
Monday, June 30
17:25 - 20:30
 Poster Session 1 (Odd numbered (A-1, A-3 ..) posters presented. Authors are required to be present). See poster listings here for your number http://www.iscb.org/ismb2003/cgi-bin/posterabstracts.cgi
Tuesday, July 1
17:05 - 20:30
 Poster Session 2 (Even numbered (A-2, A-4…) posters presented. Authors required to be present). See poster listings here for your number http://www.iscb.org/ismb2003/cgi-bin/posterabstracts.cgi
Posters authors of ODD posters (A-1, A-3 ..) will present on Monday 30 June while EVEN posters (A-2, A-4…) will be presented on Tuesday 1 July.
POSTER PRIZES
  • Poster prizes will be awarded to the best posters displayed at the conference. This will be determined using a ballot system of all conference participants.
  • Poster prizes have been generously sponsored by SGI.
  • Prizes will be awarded at 17:20 on Wednesday, July 2.
