ISMB 2026 is a tabletop-display exhibition space held in the Columbia Ballroom on the Terrace Level of the Washington Hilton, located at:

Booth Package
Your display package includes:
- Display space (~2m x 3m wide), one electrical outlet, table (6 feet x 30 inches), two chairs, wastebasket, and posterboard-style backwall.
- 15 amp/120 volt/1500 watt outlet per booth. Exhibitors must place orders for any additional needs.
- WiFi (10 Mbps per user) will be available throughout the exhibit and poster space. Exhibitors must place orders for any wired internet needs.

Exhibitors may place orders for additional furnishings, décor, banners, signage, food services, audiovisual, and customs. These items are channeled through the following suppliers:

Conference Badges
Exhibitors who are participating in Washington, D.C. should collect their name badges from the ISMB 2026 Conference Registration located on the Terrace Level.
The registration desk will be staffed during the following hours:

ISMB 2026 hotel bookings will be handled directly through the Washington Hilton using special booking links. To help prevent fraudulent reservations, your personalized hotel link will be included only in your registration confirmation and your checklist emails. A limited student room block is available at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the student block is full, student attendees will need to use the standard booking link provided by the hotel.

Damage to Premises
No nails, screws, or other fixtures may be driven into any part of the premises, including the floors. Should any damage occur, the Exhibitor would be invoiced for repair charges incurred.
Delivery Information/In-house Transport
Exhibitors may hand-carry in their display and materials at no cost.
Services must be booked in advance of shipping directly with the venue or through.

Delivery and Removal
All packages must be delivered during set-up time, directly to the exhibitor or the organizer, and recovered during dismantling, with the exception of ordered services.
All packages left at the end of the dismantling will be thrown away.
Storage
Items may not be stored in or around the booths in the exhibition halls. Please coordinate with your selected delivery provider above for storage if needed.
Demonstrations
Demonstrations and other special activities must be located so that crowds will be comfortably contained within the contracted display space and not block any of the aisles. Distracting activities are subject to the adjacent exhibitor and ISCB approval. Exhibitors may not play loud music at their stand.

Exhibitor After Hours Access
Exhibitors are allowed access to their stands during setup and teardown hours, as well as one hour before and one hour after official opening hours. Exhibitors requiring access beyond these times must receive approval from an ISCB representative.

Indemnification
It is understood that the exhibitor assumes entire responsibility for and agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save ISCB, ISMB, and the Washington Hilton and their respective consultants, agents, directors, employees, licensees and assigns them harmless from and against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges of fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or the use of or part thereof negligently or otherwise, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of ISCB, ISMB, and the Washington Hilton, or its employees and agents.
The exhibitor shall indemnify the ISCB, ISMB, and the Washington Hilton against, and hold it and its representatives harmless from complaints, suits or liabilities resulting from negligence of the exhibitor in connection with the exhibitor's use of display space. ISCB, ISMB, and the Washington Hilton shall have no liability for loss, damage, or theft, through any cause, of goods, hand-carried items, exhibits, or other materials owned, rented, or leased by the exhibitor. Personal effects, souvenir handouts, and other small, easily removed valuable items should not be left unattended. In no event will ISCB, ISMB, and the Washington Hilton have any liability for incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages for any harm arising from, or related to, the use of exhibit space under the contract agreement.

Promotional Items and Leaflet Distribution
Promotional items and Leaflets may not be distributed from anywhere other than the exhibition stand without receiving prior permission from the Organizers. Promotional Items/Leaflets displayed or distributed at any other point throughout the venue, without prior permission, will be removed and destroyed by the Organizers.

Lead Generation
No lead generation technologies are offered at ISMB 2026. The conference platform allows delegates to network and connect. Exhibitors have access to the platform and may use this method of networking for making attendee connections.
Security
ISMB does not provide security in the exhibit area during off-hours. Exhibitors are encouraged to remove any valuable items from the exhibit area each evening. Please note that ISCB, ISMB, and the Washington Hilton are not responsible for missing or lost articles at the conference.
