If you are a member of ISCB, we encourage you to submit entries to the Science collection and Tutorial collection. Your submission entails a pointer to the science content, a short description of background or purpose (two lines) and lists your name as submitter. Submission will be subjected to a basic check of scope and purpose. |

| ISCB COVID-19 Section The COVID-19 pandemic is both severely affecting our lives and impacting our science. ISCB responds to the respective challenges by offering its expertise to the scientific community and empowering scientific networking. The ISCB COVID-19 Section offers four lines of this initiative:

Article Submission The Interface Focus Journal has committed to creating a special issue for this conference with up to twelve peer-reviewed articles. Abstracts Submission for Flash Talks and Posters ISCB-Latin America SoIBio BioNetMX Symposium on Bioinformatics 2020 invites abstracts topical to bioinformatics and computational biology for consideration for flash talk and/or poster presentation. Abstracts will be selected for flash talk or poster presentation on the corresponding session. General Computation Biology abstracts will be accommodated in the closest area for the topic per recommendation of the reviewers. Conference areas:

| Call for Workshop and Tutorial Submissions Deadline: July 30, 2020 We invite scientists and professionals working in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology to submit high-quality proposals for tutorials, workshops or mini-courses (tutorial program) to take place virtually as part of ISCB-Latin America SoIBio BioNetMX 2020. The Workshop and Tutorial sessions aim to provide an opportunity to discuss current and emergent topics on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. These sessions can be both 8 hour sessions over the course of both days or 4 hour sessions on one day and will take place on the 26th or 27th of October 2020. More details and submission criteria |
